Taking Care of Our Community
This morning a group of volunteers, comprising local residents, The Mayor and a number of Town Councillors linked up to continue work on clearing and tidying up the town ditch.
Great progress was made, and it was pleasing to see a dog walker and their dog making their way along the town ditch when we had finished.
The group extended their efforts this morning to include a litter pick along the waterways between the town ditch and The Butts.
More projects will follow in the future if anyone has the time and would like to get involved.
